Facilities

The 4 Bedroom Statesman designed home, has generous living areas, including chefs kitchen, a bar to the living room all overlooking the water views.    It is fully furnished, with all cutlery, crockery cooking utensils, microwave, cook top, oven and family sized refrigerator with freezer.

The house has parking for 2 vehicles and a slip way for launching Boats, kayaks and other water craft.  There is also sufficient space to store these vehicles.

The Property has several outdoor entertaining areas, including a spa overlooking the waterways (cold spa for summer use only) a patio area and a sunken sitting area down by the water.  The property also has a 4 burner BBQ.

There are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.   Reverse cycle air conditioning provides heating and cooling to the main living areas and master bedroom.  Slow combustion wood fires are located in the lounge and games room.

The bedrooms have queen sized beds to 2 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom and a single with a trundle in the 4th .  Providing sleeping for 8 persons.

The lounge room is equipped with TV and built in DVD player.  Free Wifi is available at the property.
